ANDREW BOBEL, founder, CEO, and Chief Engineer of NEPTUN Light is the holder of more than 40 patents worldwide and has technology licensed to many of the world’s largest lamp and ballast manufacturers. Many of his patents and technologies are key inventions, and have been integral in the growth of the Energy Efficient Lighting Industry. All of Mr. Bobel’s past, current, and pending patents are available to NEPTUN Light as we continue to move forward as the premier manufacturer of energy efficient lighting. In today’s world of ever-increasing energy costs, our proprietary technology will ensure that NEPTUN Light maintains its advantage over the competition.

Current Product Offerings:

NEPTUN Light currently offers the following new patented products:

• High Power Factor (HPF) Compact Fluorescent Bulbs – HPF bulbs are currently significant in the commercial markets where utility companies set the high standard of Power Quality. NEPTUN offers a complete line of CFLs in this category with no additional manufacturing costs and the possibility of higher market price for sales. Such HPF compact fluorescent bulbs will be required for residential consumer sales once more market penetration of CFLs is achieved over standard light bulbs;
   

• Dimmable CFLs – NEPTUN offers next generation, patented, and very economical designs of entire line of dimmable CFLs. NEPTUN’s dimmable CFLs are designed to work with any standard incandescent dimmer made after 1995. NEPTUN offers these dimmable CFLs with competitive prices, comparable to non-dimmable CFLs offered by the competitors. This will be a significant factor to achieve high market share by NEPTUN in short time.
   

• CFL-PAR30™ and CFL-PAR38™ - NEPTUN developed and patented new and unique designs for compact fluorescent PAR reflectors specifically designed to replace pressed glass halogen PAR reflectors of exactly the same size and light quality, but with significantly longer life then halogen reflectors. The energy savings of NEPTUN’s CFL-PAR is 350% versus the halogen PAR.
   

• Digital Dimming CFLs – New and patented microprocessor controlled compact fluorescent bulbs designed for commercial applications of hotel room lighting, 2 conference rooms, restaurants and galleries. NEPTUN offers Dimmer Switch™ for in-wall installations and RF Dimmers and RF Controllers for remote control of these Digital Dimming CFL’s;
   

• Dimmers – NEPTUN offers line of next generation with patented technology phasecut dimmers for incandescent, low voltage halogen, line voltage halogen and compact fluorescent applications. NEPTUN dimmers are more advanced technologically and lower cost then cross-referenced dimmers of Lutron who is the current market leader in dimmers. NEPTUN has knowledge and skills to replace or match every dimmer model made by Lutron, with significant cost and functionality advantages.

Future Product Offerings:

NEPTUN Light will offer the following new patented products within the next 12 months:

• RF Home Lighting ON/OFF System – Wireless control system for every light switch in the house will include Wireless ON/OFF Switches and Central Remote Controller and Key Chain Remote. This system will be the most economical lighting control system for any home or office.
   

• RF Wireless Dimmers – RF Wireless dimmers will be controlled by a Touch-Screen Controller and linked to the Internet via a Bluetooth module for complete control of the home or office facility from a remote location.
   

• 8-Pack - “8 RF Dimmers + Central Control Pad” in a box for installation by the consumer in their own home. This is product is predicted to be high volume in sales due to its simplicity, great functionality, and easy installation in homes, offices, and classrooms.
   

• RF Factory Lighting Control System – This system will be made with RF wireless ON/OFF modules to be installed with each light fixture currently used in any factory or warehouse facility. The “8-zone remote controller” will turn ON/OFF selected fixtures or zones for energy savings. The remote will be linked to a “real time clock” and will be programmable on a 24/7 basis.
